"The hotel was more than I expected for Chicago and for the price. I was on a very tight budget and it met my expectations, for comfort, cleanliness, convenience and location to Navy Pier where my conference was. Not all Best Westerns are as good in similar big city locations. This one was a cut above the rest. Thanks for making this facility available. I've stayed at other hotels, i.e. Fairmont, but I would choose this one, if I returned."

"We had a great time visiting Chicago. We visit 2-3 times a year. We'll be back the end of Febraury/beginning of March and will be staying at Best Western River North again. We've raved to our friends and family about our trip and how the hotel had so much to do with it! The drink tickets and free parking are definately a plus. Keep up the work."

"Your hotel had a wonderful location and a very reasonable price for downtown Chicago, the room was extremely spacious for the price and very clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful, restaurant downstairs was excellent for the price, and pluses are the indoor pool and loves sitting on the rooftop deck in the morning gazing at your skyline. Free parking was great! Am recommending your hotel to all my family and friends! We had a wonderful stay."
