John Hancock Center
Located on North Michigan Avenue, John Hancock Center is the 6th tallest building in the United States, measuring over 1500 feet tall with 100 floors. Chicago Water Tower -The historic Water Tower in downtown Chicago was built in the late 1860s to house a standpipe of 138 feet. Soldier Field -Since the 1930s, the Chicago Bears NFL team has played world-class football at the now newly-renovated Soldier Field, also home to the Chicago Fire professional soccer team. The Bears season opens the first week of September and continues through December. Chicago Fire plays at Soldier Field from April to November. Soldier Field is located less than 3 miles from BEST WESTERN PLUS River North on the shore of Lake Michigan just south of downtown and is a major player in Chicago sports history.
